ello again, Patchees! Celestion here with another Pumpkin Patch update!
My, how fortunate we Tim Burton fans are lately! With so many films released in 2012, and Beetlejuice 2 on it's way, we've hardly known what to do with ourselves! And of course, those lucky enough to be in London will be able to attend Danny Elfman, live!
But don't worry, those of you who, for one reason or another, can't attend! We've got a little treat for you, instead! (No tricks, we promise!) It just so happens that yesterday, we received an email from NECA, with the following!
My name is Scott and I work for the National Entertainment & Collectibles Association (NECA), one of the world leaders in high end toys and collectibles manufacturing.
We have been working in conjunction with HollywoodVideo.com providing prizes for their weekly contests and giveaways. This week we’re featuring a set of Nightmare Before Christmas trading cards and signed lithographs, and we think this would be a great opportunity for your fans and community to enter and win. The weekly contests are free to enter, and winners are chosen at random.
We have provided the following link should you like to inform your readers of the contest.
Thank you for your time, and keep up the excellent work!
-Scott K
NECA Social Team
That's right! A contest, to win autographed TNBC merchandise! And who says Christmas can't come early? So go ahead and join, Patchees! Before your time runs out!
Speaking of time running out, it looks like this update is coming to it's end! So on behalf of the Pumpkin Patch staff, we'd like to thank Scott K, and all of NECA, for giving us this chance! Be sure to comment and tell us what you think, and whether you'll be joining in!
Until next time, Patchees! Stay scary!

ello again, fellow Patchees! Oh dear, has it been that long already since we last gave you wonderful little monsters an update?
We'll have to fix that right away, won't we?
Because the staff here at The Pumpkin Patch know how much you love to hear about dear old Tim's recent work!
Speaking of hearing about work, I'm sure all of you'll be thrilled to learn that in October of this year, Danny Elfman will be playing music from Tim Burton films live!
That's right, Patchees! Those of you fortunate enough to live in London could very well attend a live Danny Elfman performance, where he'll be playing your favourite songs, from your favourite movies!
And for those of you who can't make the performance (Much like myself...), don't worry!
Tim Burton has also recently appeared in an advertisement for Samsung, so you can still get your daily fix of Tim Burton being strange!
As always, Tim has us covered!
Oh my, is that the time? It looks like I have to say goodbye again, Patchees! But don't stray too far, now, because we'll be back soon with more Burton news!
Don't forget to comment, and tell us if you're lucky enough to attend the concert! Remember to keep your undead dogs on their leashes, and until next time, goodbye!

Happy Boo Year!

ello, fellow Patchees! Oh my, how you have all grown! It feels like a whole New Year has passed between this update and the last! So, boils and ghouls, how did you all spend your New Year, having survived the apocalypse?
Please, comment and tell us!
Ah, and what a year it's going to be! The very unlucky year of 2013 looks to be quite bright, for us loyal Tim Burton fanatics! For example, somebody has clearly been saying Beetlejuice's name again, as this October, he's returning with a vengeance! So lock away your daughters, and expect to see more of Tim's crazy, crotch grabbing poltergeist very soon!
Speaking of classics, it doesn't end there! It seems that good old Tim, and resident stark-pot Robert Downey Jr. are both eyeing a Gothic retelling of Pinocchio with great interest! The two would be joining forces with famous dark fantasy director Guillermo del Toro, a director I'm sure you're all familiar with from films such as Pan's Labyrinth and Hellboy, which could make for some pretty amazing visuals in the film!
And for all of you gamers out there, don't despair! In 2014, we can expect Tim Burton and popular games developer Valve to be producing Shane Acker's Deep, a story about a nuclear submarine captain by the name of Sullivan, whom is living in the fallout of WWIII, not too dissimilar from Tim Burton's 9 (which was, interestingly enough, based off of Acker's animated short.) Sadly, there isn't too much information on that particular subject right now, but we here at The Pumpkin Patch will be sure to keep you updated!
And now, I must take my leave! Don't forget to comment, and tell us what you little monsters got up to for New Year! Goodbye!
