"Ho ho ho! Merry Christmas, Jack!" That is what Jack hears, as he enters the eastern part of Christmas Town. But it's not coming from Sandy Claws.. it is coming from Oogie Boogie, who has taken over Sandy's sleigh this time! Jack looks around, and he spots Sandy too, high in the air, hung up by a rope, that is crossing the train tracks below: if the train goes that way, his new name will be Sandy Pancakes...
Boss Battle - Train
Very important: when you see (or hear) the train coming, always change its tracks first, before starting or continuing to attack anything. Otherwise it'll reach the Sandy's rope, he will fall, and the game is over.
After changing the tracks, stay next to the train, and keep attacking (it's not a bad idea to start off with 10 fire bomb attacks). Don't go too close, because if you touch it, you'll get hit and fall. Just always stay a few steps away from it, your reach is much longer.
This is not a long battle, it's usually over in the first go or the second, depending on your  and the game mode you are playing in.
There will be snowmen appearing with skeletons inside as you walk around. Unless you need to get too close to them because of a switch, don't bother with them, concentrate on the train. If one appears near a switch that you are about to activate, just use Santa Jack's presents to make the skeleton come out, then activate the switch, and unless it comes too close to you after, just ignore it, surprised skeletons are very slow.
There is no dance in this battle.
After getting rid of that train, Jack wants the sleigh back. Well, of course Oogie's not planning to give it back, which would make Sandy unable to deliver any presents. But Sally comes and saves the day, bringing Jack's coffin sleigh powered by the bonedeer!
She tells Jack that the Mayor returned all the Holiday Leaders back to their worlds. Hearing this, Oogie flies off with "his" sleigh - just after one of the elves puts a Halloween present in it, without him noticing. A few moments later Jack and Sandy start chasing him with the one Sally just brought.

Tips & Hints
The train battle is much easier if you have plenty of , so you could go to the snowman portal on the south to get back to Halloween Town, and buy some.
If you have a surround sound system, take advantage of it. You don't have to constantly keep looking for the train, you can hear which way of the four it's coming from.
